Will it be enough power?

I just bought a predator x34 and I was wondering if my 1070 ftw would be enough or do I need to go up to the 1080ti?  I can afford it but if I don't have to I don't want to.

You could lower the details, but if you really want to use the monitor to the max, you need more power .

It depends on what games you play, cause if you play demanding games, it will be enough power only if you lower the settings a bit. Personally, if I would have spent so much on a monitor, I would have gone ahead and got the 1080ti.

I recommend getting the monitor, seeing if your games can run, you might be surprised, then if you need to proceed with the upgrade.

best thing to do is run games at high turn off the bullshit ie AA AC light shafts things u cant really see and see if you need to upgrade
