Image freezes

Hey guys.. These days I'm having a big problem.. Basically, when I'm on my pc the image freezes.. Sometimes I still can hear sound but image is stuck.. Then after like 1 minute all things come back normally.. It's really annoying especially when I'm playing online :( Help me please !

(btw I hear a weird sound from my pc just before the freeze)
