Great 4k monitor Canada?

Hello, Im looking for the best of an excellent 4k monitor that looks amazing. I want this monitor to blow my socks away but at the same time i dont want to spend way too much. Between 400 and 700 CAD$. 60Hrz i do plan on playing games on it but im not a pro so i wont need the best refresh rates. Vasa mount is required. I just want something that will look amazing. Thanks!

Dell P2715Q is a solid option. Not sure how much it is in Canada though.

finding it is about CDN$ 705.18. if it is great then i will get it. I see its not IPS. shod i get IPS if i want the best quality?
