Alright my cpu is being really stupid ( I use a h100i gtx water cooler) and a i7 6700k  and whenever I restart my pc my cpu decides to have random temperatures (sometimes it boots on and has an idle temperature of 30 or below) sometimes it boots and it has a idle temperature of 50-60 degrees so I dunno what kind of error this is

Check Corsair Link for your pump RPM information to see if it could be having issues. Also I would recommend checking your overclock settings, Installing the latest bios, and if it still keeps happening restore defaults and see if that helps. My thoughts here are that it could be voltage related.

As water takes longer to cool and heat up than metal (on a heatsink) it might be that you are turning the pc on sooner than when its at 30.

My cpu pumps are working , cpu fans are working, I turned off my overclock settings and set the voltage to auto and the same exact tempertures persisted, (also my pc can idle at 50 degrees I just turn off the power from the power supply and turn it on again and I boot and the temperture drops down to 30) so don't think its that

sounds like a failing pump to me, Corsair should have a utility to check pump RPM (Corsair Link i think?)

I'd RMA the cooler, honestly.

I agree with MellowCream. Sounds like it is in the process of failing. Even if corsair link is reporting good rpm values on the pump, it doesn't mean that something could be wrong with the impeller.
