Newly built PC black screen

I tried booting up my newly built PC and all I get is a black screen, all the fans are spinning and all the LEDs are on. I tried booting up with one ram at a time, tried different hard drives, different monitors, tried booting without my graphics card and still no hope

Please use auto-format for night theme users. As for your issues, can you at least get into the BIOS?

This might sound dumb, but are you sure the cable you are using is good? Because otherwise I really can't think of anything else.

Check the connection from the PC to Monitor.
