Chrome Scrolling Issue

I'm running Chrome (version Version 58.0.3029.110 (64-bit)) with a Logitech MX Anywhere 2 mouse.

 

The issue I'm having is that the scroll wheel on my mouse just stops working in Chrome. It's not a hardware issue with the mouse (as it still scrolls perfectly fine in other programs). To fix it, I have to restart my computer. 

 

I was wondering if anyone has had a similar issue.
