You can bump up voltage a bit and try to get cpu to 4.8Ghz, if you already have 360rad, i see no point at 4.6 (if you are 1.3v at 4.6 that is very good, you won silicon lottery, up to 1.375 is "safe" for me, if temps are good you can try to push it a bit)
