yeah but SSDs are just a better option

For the price you could get a 120gb or 250gb ssd which is just a better option IMO. Caching isn't always that great.

Buy whatever product is best for you, not what product is "best" for the market.

Interested in computer architecture? Still in middle or high school? P.M. me!

I love computer hardware and feel free to ask me anything about that (or phones). I especially like SSDs. But please do not ask me anything about Networking, programming, command line stuff, or any relatively hard software stuff. I know next to nothing about that.

Where is it??

Just go into his status updates and look. Alternatively here it is:

Spoiler

Hello guys,

I was always bad at writing essays so I will try my best not to make something bad.

But I have warned you.

I don’t usually like sharing my personal info on the internet but yet my facebook profile is public, the facebook address is easy to figure out so anyone that has time to research can easily access my facebook page.

facebook.com/owlcitymp3

OwlCityMP3 (that’s how it is correctly spelled with correct capitalizations) is my YouTube channel. As the name states it is all about Owl City and Owl City related contents (no exception). It’s been doing really great for me and I love that. With around ~3000 subscribers I am quite happy. Though I know there are other Owl City fan made channels that are doing far better than mine. I am not jealous at all. Those channels provide with more mature/professional contents (in a not childish way) than my videos and is regularly uploaded whereas my channel sometimes gets abandoned for few months then upload a video then abandoned again.

Obviously Owl City isn’t the only thing I enjoy in my life so I also have deXxterlab97 where I put anything unrelated to Owl City there. So if you comeup somewhere online with these 2 names (OwlCityMP3 and deXxterlab97) you know it’s me. Some websites does not allow username caps so deXxterlab97 might not be properly capitalized (some asshole stole my name on uplay but thankfully nobody uses uplay or maybe I setup a uplay account in the past but right now it’s dexterlab97).

So that’s 2 paragraph talking about my username. Which is boring and useless. Who cares what’s your username is? Right.

So by now you have checked my facebook profile.

I don’t post there much. You should see some of my interests too: FC Barcelona (favorite football team), Owl City and memes. Haven’t updated location in a while so that isn’t a correct info. I kinda move a lot.

I am Vietnamese, no I am not the type of asian that’s better than you.

I was born in Moscow, Russia. I spent half of my life there and the other half in Vietnam.

Tbh, I don’t like living in my home country (Vietnam) much. That’s why you never see me speaking Vietnamese ever in the forum despite the fact I have came across some Vietnamese people.

I speak 3 languages fluently: English, Russian and Vietnamese.

Jack Stamford is not my real name but it won’t be hard finding my real name. I don’t know if that’s gonna be useful knowing my true real name. Call me Jack or deXterlab97 I don’t care.

Don’t come here and ask me for Russian curse. You’re not getting them. I’d be willing to help you translate any Russian if Google Translate is unreliable for you. I helped a fellow friend do that in the past but it gets ignored… (https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/762237-droidbots-sata3-ssd-tier-list/?do=findComment&comment=9631803)

I am currently in Canada as a student. Cool place.

What can I say about Vietnam? It’s a crowded place with lots of negatives. Tourists come here mainly for the beaches. It is also known as a country that defeated the Americans. My family afaik did not participate in the war directly.

True story:

There was this family who bought a 4K LG TV in my hometown. In Vietnam at least people are not really smart with tech. Yeah we have developed our own Antivirus Software called BKAV. We recently launched 4G Internet. But anyway they bought a 4K TV. Afaik to be able to view at 4K you need a 4K device such as a computer (with required specs) and 4K contents (Bluray movie, games). I am almost 99% certain that they do not have it. Most families in Vietnam would not allow their child to spend lots of money on a 4K capable gaming machine. In fact it’s quite rare to see people actually building their own computer in Vietnam seeing how Internet/Gaming cafe are so popular. I’ve never been one so I can’t tell but I know they are cheap af. You pay 5000 VND to sit there 1Hr (that’s the rate near my house). The conversion rate is ~20.000 VND = 1 USD. Everything is cheap af. I don’t know what spec the PC are running but they should be capable of running online and MMORPG games. Vietnamese people are not really into AAA games much. So League of Legends, Dota, Crossfire and some local games are very popular.

So English isn’t my native language.

Russian is hard af even for Russians. Do not attempt to learn it. But I heard Chinese or Japanese is even harder.

Vietnamese is easy but hard in pronunciation if you are not native Vietnamese.

My age is fairly obvious. I was born in 1997, the year Internet was invented. Not aware of anything special that happened on August 20. So yeah.

I guess that’s my relatively short bio.

Now why did I leave the forum? Well I didn’t leave I just became way less active, posting 0-1 posts a day.

I am in the process of moving to another city in Canada. I can’t tell you much about this. It’s for the best or worst it is still unknown. I can’t tell you much about it as it’s not something I am comfortable discussing but I should be have more info on Sep 7. Because September is the 9th month of the year.

Oh I am still gone, well not exactly gone but some people were wondering why they still see my contents on LTT from time to time so I might as well as address it.

And now this is the point where I ran out of stuff to write.

So if you all have questions I’d be willing to answer. Just please don’t ask something stupid because there are people here who will bash you for anything you say.

I don’t mind negative stuff too as I am already used to it. My life is a whole lot shittier than you think. I find Owl City and Port Blue to be a good place to relax.

Thanks.
