Well I got scammed for some Bluetooth headphones but they were 1 cent but pretty sure it's opened and on it's last legs

Probably has a 1gb chip or something in it with custom software that makes it appear like 240gb - but keeps overwriting itself.

Common scam for USB keys and external USB hard disks.
