If windows boots up it may be components. I would first try uploading all of your important files or moving them somewhere else, and reinstall windows.

How about downloading the iso file from Microsoft and mount it and then do a repair install? I'm assuming it's better since it's less likely to have a corrupted installer. Also the files are in the d: partition while the os is on c:
