GPU not working (black screen)

I just bought a new pc but it does not have a display output I tried some things like taking the battery out of my mobo, taking my GPU out and moving my GPU to another slot. None of it worked. Does anyone know how I could fix this

I'm using an ryzen 7 1700 and a gtx 1060

You've connected your monitor cables firmly and to the GPU, right?

Does your motherboard and CPU have onboard graphics? If so, try that with the GPU removed.

Does the lights of the card or the fans turn on?

I kinda can't even get into the bios since the screen is black so it can't be a drive problem since I dont even have windows installed yet

Is it possible that the problem is not with the GPU itself, but other parts of the system?

If yes, then start checking by checking the power plug for the CPU.

They are all in there I even switched out the GPU for an other one which still did not work

So it's not the 1060's problem...

Still, look up the mobo's manual and make sure everything is plugged in. the 20+4pin main power connector, 4 / 8pin CPU power connector etc

Yep I checked those and they are plugged in I also looked on some other forums it seems like it is a bios pci problem
