Once i bought it I was able to access it on both accounts.

The only downside is that if you delete the second account for any reason, you can't run the game.

Also, you can change the region of any account, log into that region's eshop, buy a game, then switch back to your home region, and the game will work just fine.

I did that with Shovel Knight, it was cheaper on the Mexican eshop as opposed to the US one, so I downloaded it from there.

The only downside is that you will lose any eshop credit if you switch regions.

Follow these steps

1) Go to accounts.nintendo.com

2) Click the edit button next to profile on the user info page

3) Change Country/region of residence to country of choice (note that it will unlink your Nintendo Network ID if you have one, you can relink it easily)

4) Restart your switch and access the eshop/down your game

After you get the game(s) you want, just reverse the steps to go back to your original country/region of residence
