I need microphone help

Guys I bought a bm 800 microphone a few months ago now I want to use it in my computer but the output is so low what should I do I can't buy a phantom power supply because my parents will not allow because my build log is going on I have 7 bucks in my pocket will a sound card worth any other other suggestion will be appreciated ??
