I really want to  upgrade my pre-built pc, but i cant find any sort of documentation about what kind of kind of RAM, it has?

Is there any way to find which kind of RAM, my pc has?

Download CPU-Z, run it, then look at the memory specifications page. It may not tell you whether it's SODIMM or regular (if it's an AIO or SFF PC it may use SODIMM), so for that you'd need to open it up and take a look at the memory.

Does it also say if its DDR4 or DDR3?

Yes, it will tell you the Type (DDR4, DDR3 etc.), capacity, frequency (it shows the actual clock, so double the frequency it shows to account for DDR) and the CAS Latency, among some other things.

How do I know if my RAM has 240 pins or 204 pins?
