UHD Panel for Dell Inspiron 15 Gaming 7567

I've seen UHD panels that say they are for the dell Inspiron 7567 (15 gaming 2017) om ebay. Its a great laptop on its own and im still planning to buy one; but is there anyone who can confirm that these UHD panels exist and are actually usable? I remember also seeing that the colors on the UHD panel are far better than those on the regular FHD. Im planning on using my laptop (when i get it) for a little bit of content creation, so a UHD screen and better colors would be one hell of an improvement. If not ill just lug one of my actual monitors around.
