Overheating Cpu, Fan problem

I say sorry in advance for bad English and my bad knowledge about computer!

Hi I have had some problem lately, Cpu have been overheating arounf 80-90 Celsius around 40% use. Problem i have come up with is that bios dont recognise my fans. And i Think its because of the Fan hub fron NZXT and Deepcool,

So my specs are

Motherboard: Z170 , bios vers 1206

Cpu: Intel Core i7-6700K Skylake

GPU: Msi Gtx geforxe 770gt 4gb

Cpu Cooler: Deepcool maelstrom 120t

2 x Corsair Air Series AF120 Quiet edition on the CPU Cooler

Case: NZXT H440W Silent Ultra

RAM: Kingstons Hyperx 2x 8 2133 Mhz

Harddrives 2 x 500 gb

SSD: Samsung 128 gb

Images :

Total 6 fans in the case , 2 on cpu cooler , 4 around the case

i have set the cpu coolers pump into CPU_OPT and the cpu fans to a hub and then to CPU_FAN, The other fans are connect to a FAN through NZXT HUB

So im wondering how to fix this overheating problem, in the bios i have set min to 200 rpm but cannot apply,

how fast? at those temps they should be going on 100%. You can download speedfan or hwmonitor to check the fan speed.

also check if the pump is working

might be. does the hub need an extra power connector?

No, so i tested everything, fans worked and i speed them up to Turbo(max speed) and saw that the coolingsystem does nothing to the cpu, at idle its goes upp to 80 C so i think its the pump that doesn´t working, day after tomorrow ill get a fancooler and see if it will work.

this might be a stupid question, but... did you take off the plastic foil from the cooler before you mounted it on the mobo?
