MSI EZ LED cpu while off

ok, i go to try and shut off my pc and it acts like it powers off but the EZLED is on for the cpu and all the fans are spinning.....i need help please

i dont have a jumper to reset it so could i use a knife or screw driver for the pins to connect?

Pull out your bios battery en pull your power cord. Olso check if there any bios FW upgrades are available and flash if there's a newer version.
