Cable Help!

Alright, so I need help on this one part of the motherboard...Connector:" F_Panel ". So, I have a Gigabyte GA-H110m-A motherboard and I have a Rosewill Dual Fans MicroATX Mini Tower computer case, Link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006BCK7RM/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Now I dont know where to plug the cables in and I tried following the minimap below the connectors but that didnt work. My computer wont turn on because of this and I need to find a solution. Any Help would be appreciated.

Front panel connections should be in the motherboard manual. They should be marked and you follow the diagram in your manual.

 My motherboard did not come with a manual... It was used

Go to your motherboard manufacturers website and download the pdf for your mobo.  I did that with my z87 board.
