Mouse randomly right clicks

My mouse recently started to right click at random.  I thought it was just hardware so I got a new one but the new mouse also randomly right clicks.  I uninstalled and reinstalled my drivers but I don't seem to how any luck?  Solutions?

I HAD a Razer Death Adder but then I returned it assuming it was breaking for a Logitech G403 Wireless Mouse but the issue persists with both mice meaning that the culprit is most likely software.
