Windows minimizing everything randomly.

I am having an issue where Windows 10 minimizes my focused application randomly (multiple times per day). I'll be playing Overwatch, or browsing on chrome, or really doing anything, and windows will minimize the application and I'll maximize it, and it minimizes again a few seconds later, and I'll maximize it again, and this won't happen for another few hours. It almost always happens twice in a row, but never 3 times. I've tried changing task priority, closing non essential programs, blocking pop ups, doing virus scans, and running in windowed vs full screen mode. I've even kept the task manager open to see if a windows program pops up, takes focus, and closes immediately, but I can't see it doing so. I've seen many people post this problem, but no actual solutions. Any advice? Thanks.
