Stuck at installation

I just finish building a PC (A8-7600, A88XM-E35 V2) and much to my dismay, Windows 10 gets stuck after it loads its spinning circle, leaving only a black screen. I'm booting from a USB drive.
I can't find my issue online and I'm hoping that one of you can help me with this.

It usually takes around 10 minutes to get out of the screen. Any updates? Maybe try to delete the windows on your USB and redownload it from the official website.

I waited for about 20 minutes and nothing happened. I'll try it.

Still nothing. On my other PC it boots just fine.
