Anybody near Seattle that can micro-solder? Pebble Steel repair help

I've got a Pebble Steel I'm trying to repair.  (Some of the buttons have stopped working)  This will require some micro-soldering, specifically, a tiny wire between two points.  See repair details here: https://forums.pebble.com/t/watch-buttons-not-working/19715/18

 

While I do have a soldering iron, it isn't geared toward such delicate, small work, and I lack that level of skill.  

Repair shops I've contacted only seem to want to deal with busted phone screens, so I figured I'd see if anyone here might be up to the task.  I'd pay of course.
