Edit: also, lolz. Contact mail for france is .nl (dutch/netherlands)

Hi what is the best way to get in touch with Cooler Master? I have visited their "contact us" page but addresses and phone numbers are not much use in the internet age :P I don't plan on calling them nor sending a letter! Does anyone know if they have a customer service email?

They really do have a good customer support.

A few years ago I found out I was missing a gfx card 6 pin cable on one of their PSU, which I already had far beyond warranty time. They did send me a cable for free =)

That's good to know but I'm trying to go a bit beyond that :P I'm trying to request a non standard product :S (White Mastercase Pro 6) - I know I could paint a black one but to be honest that would be a last resort because of all the fine detail (logo, power buttons etc). Anyway don't ask don't get so I emailed them.
