FPS Issue after BIOS update

Hi guys,

I'm still kind of new to this whole thing. So basically, I recently just updated my BIOS (version 0906 x64) and ever since that, my fps in games have been really unstable and even drops at times. This hasn't happened before since I had this PC and i'm pretty sure it has something to do with the BIOS update. Please help

 

My Build(If it helps):

ASUS ROG Maximus IX Hero
Intel i5 7600k
ASUS ROG STRIX GTX 1070 OC
G SKILL RGB 16GB

Put back previous BIOS. It's usually not recommended to update your BIOS. Unless you have Ryzen.

How does one usually do that? Like I said I'm kinda new to this.

Where did you find the newer BIOS? You should be able to find the older BIOS on +/- the same page. And then you downgrade the darn thing just like how you upgraded in the first place.
