I have a Ryzen 5 1600 with stock cooler, 3000MHz Ram 2x4gb

I'm wondering why is my cpu run so hot or this "hot" is normal? About 48C-50C while opening 2 tabs of youtube videos on chrome.

I was curious so I tried stress testing it for 30 minutes, you can see the temps in the pictures. At the last 5 minutes the CPU temp was just hopping around 71-72C, I was a bit skeptical about this since when I installed the cooler I didn't know I need to screw it one-by-one until everything goes in on the same level, so I restarted a few time then I saw I was mushing the paste because I keep rearranging it some went on the side of the CPU(nothing fatal) I just wipe it with toilet paper, installed the cooler properly then it was done.

I went into the BIOS tried 2933mhz A-XMP didn't worked(5 reboots) tried manual with manufacturers timings didn't work(5 reboots) tried Memory Try It! 2933mhz highest timing worked but still reboots a few but it works.

In conclusion do I need an aftermarket cooler or just reinstall the stock cooler with aftermarket thermal paste? and how can I run my ram at 3000mhz stable?

As I'm typing this the temperature went 46-47C, goes down to 43-45C on BIOS without doing anything.
