Help with creating a build

Hey guys and gals,

 

I'm a bit new to the whole building a new pc thing. I was hoping to build a Small form factor gaming pc for about 1,200 euros (close to 1,300 US$). I'm a bit overwhelmed by all the options and various configs you can use that I can't decide or see what's best for my needs.  I'll mostly be using the pc for gaming at 1080p at Ultra/High settings for most AAA games like Rainbow 6,PUBG and Mass Effect. I was also hoping I could make a pc that would fit in my 17 inch pc bag so I could take it to a friend's place or a LAN party. Any ideas, suggestions or full builds would be appreciated.

I have a few, would you only be using this for gaming? I can think of a few cases
