Hey everyone I am trying to get a used gaming computer up and running and since I am going to be using it for a lot of streaming and video uploading and calls and stuff like that I need some way to get wifi since my router is downstairs and I am not going to run a Ethernet cable all the way up here (seems kinda impractical) anyway I only have about $10 left in my budget and I need a wifi card, any suggestions? or if you are looking to sell one yourself can you please PM me?

I took a look on newegg. Id cry if I had to use any of them. The ones I seen are USB and USB wireless tends to suck. So Ill just say it, I hope your not expecting a great experience, just something that kinda works.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

I would assume yes, if you can find one with external antennas then yes.

I have used (Amazon Link to TP-Link N150 Wireless PCI-Express Adapter) in past builds for clients who needed wifi, as long as you have a pcie slot free I've never had a problem. Just don't expect ethernet speeds.

TP-Link N300 would be even better, but will cost more like $20.

I am going to be using paypal and amazon doesn't support that. I am thinking of just getting a mini pcie to pcie adapter off ebay since I can take the mini pcie wifi adapter off my laptop I am currently using, is that a good or bad idea?

Newegg accepts Paypal, here are the links to the same wifi cards: $13 One$17 one

Also if you prefer Ebay they have a store there as well so... $13 One,  $17 One

As for the pcie adapter, as long as you have the drivers for the card you want to use, it should work in theory. Only way to know for sure is to try it, I don't have experience with adapting Laptop pcie peripherals to desktop.
