This is going to be my first build the case i am going to use is the 750d and at some point i am going to be changing the system over to being water cooled so i need a bit of headroom for a pump and i will be adding some bit phoenix alchemy strips but i have no idea how much power they consume and possibly some corsair led fans when the sp models come out any advice would be welcomed

I'm saying an 860i from corsair or if you can get one a 1000w PSU (if you like)

I didn't know wether the 860 would have enough juice or wether to go with the 1200i as i like the corsair braided cables for the psu either way i would prefer a corsair psu its just which one would deliver the best efficiency for my build

No one needs 1200 watts (normally)

 

The 860 should be fine.
