with AMD Radeon R7 200 Series

would like an upgrade with 600 - 700$ budget, with an aim to play basic MOBA games and MMOs (playing Final Fantasy XIV)

here's benchmark score using FINAL FANTASY XIV: Stormblood Benchmark. struggling with fps, slow loading and lags here and there

A friend suggest me to get Sapphire Radeon RX 570 Pulse 4 GB, which i dont mind buying, but isnt it a bit too much?

i would like to buy 256GB SSD as well, which one should I buy?

Here's the benchmark score :

Hmm getting a new GPU (RX 470/570/480/580) isn't a bad choice, however you should consider upgrading platform too (Ryzen for example)

If you want to extend the life of that pc, I would recommend another 4gb of ram and a gpu upgrade (like the 570 your friend suggested) the i5 2400 still has some life in it and it should be fine. I would also recommend an pny cs1311 240gb for windows.

My Main PC:

CPUi5 3570k CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper T4 Motherboard: Asus p8z77-v pro  RAM: Crucial Balistic 2x4gb  GPU: Two PNY GTX 680's in SLI Case: Some rando Antec one  PSU: Thermaltake 1000w  Display: HP Elite Display 321i 23''  Storage: Samsung 840 Evo 128gb, Seagate Barracuda 1tb
