2nd GPU installed now nothing?

This is ridicules new motherboard, new GPU same problem if I put either GPU in x16 slot both work if I power them from both sets of cables they work in x16 slot if I put both cards in no post and the led indicate GPU issue ASUS has some options in the BIOS but they are set to auto is that correct? also the readout looks to be either b2 legacy option ROM or 62 installation of the PCH runtime services do either one of these sound to be my issue and what the heck are they?

AMD R7 1800x MOBO is an ASUS Crosshair VI Hero 32 Gig Gskill ram H110i AIO Thertmaltake 750 watt PSU - Previous motherboard was MSI Pro Carbon that had same problem still have it will use for next build. Still haven't worked on why my signature isn't showing my specs.
