Overwatch wont load

When I open Overwatch it takes about a minute or two to load. When I try to join a game it freezes and then unfreeze over and over until it loads. Even when im going to play against Ai in training the problem still occurs. Any help is appreciated!

 

Specs:Rx480, i5 6500, Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM, and Windows 10 (could be education edition)

Uninstall and try again. Reinstall your graphics drivers. Check your OS integrity by running 

sfc/ scannow in the command line.
