Prefer not using a mouse mat?

So over the last year or so, I've tried multiple mouse mats, from the Logitech hard mat, to the qck heave and now the glorious gaming mat extended.
I washed the mat the other day which left me to use the mouse on my desk whilst it dried. I honestly seem to prefer it. It also makes the are look much cleaner. Anyone else prefer to not use a mouse mat?

I don't use one at work.  I had to get my own mouse though because the the company had couldn't track well on the desk.  

I use a mouse pad at home though.  Really just for csgo.  I could go without at home otherwise.

Its enterely up to you whether you prefer to use it or not.

I personally like the Cougar Speed/Control 2 mousepads better than the others, and i have tried many.

Just the opposite. I used to prefer not using one, then I decided I would try one out when you could see marks where my mouse was starting to rub off the paint on my craptastic particle board Ikea desk. Got a QcK and I'm never going back to not using one.

i need a gel pad for my wrist thats why i have a waifu boob mouse pad
