Depends on the program and resolution.

 

I would drop to a 570 for 1080 or go 2560x1440.

Im sure that in  some games it would bottleneck, but not in alot. even tho, i think its quite crappy cpu for RX580

get the r5 1400 and the cheapest Rx 570 (saphire pulse mini?). It's much better than g4560 + rx 580
