Probably gunk from your radiators.  New rads need to be cleaned REALLY good as they almost always have byproducts from the manufacturing process left behind.  I'd clean everything to like new and start over.  Hit the rads with Mayhem's Blitz or a vinegar/water solution.  New tubing would be ideal as it may be caked around that too.

I cleaned rads like 4-5 times before I install them.

I will do my best cleaning everything.

Thanks :D

Might still be the issue depending on what you used.  Straight water usually won't get them clean in my experience, no matter how many times they're rinsed/shook/boiled.   Maybe look inside the used tubing to check for anything residual.  Try swabbing with a q-tip or something too.  Try rinsing/cleaning out the tubing before reinstalling, I've heard zmt can let go of some particles but I've never seen that amount of buildup from it and it was always a very dark black

I used only distilled water to clean them.

I will try vinegar/water on my rads this time.

Thanks :D

Sure thing, I would run a little baking soda solution through after letting the vinegar/warm water soak for a few hours (don't forget to shake it too)  The baking soda helps neutralize the acids from the vinegar.  Then just rinse plenty with distilled water and you should be good to go.
