Pc doesn't post

So i have a pc that doesn't post but if i turn it off and on again enough times it suddenly posts 

 

What i have tryed

Clear cmos 

Using only 1 ram stick

 

Specs

Msi z170A m5 

I7 6700k

Gtx 980ti

16gb ram

Unplug cables and plug it back

Unplug all unnecessary peripherals, just leave keyboard and mouse. Unplug any unnecessary hard drives, including from the power supply. If that still doesn't work, try removing your GPU and booting off of the internal graphics. Let me know how it goes.
