Slim build

Hi everyone!!

I'm doing a slim pc build with a case that has about half the usual width. Can anyone suggest a good graphics card that'll fit inside. The case is 10 cm wide so I'll have a 8cm space for the graphics card.

buy a extension cord thingy and mount it sideways

Every Graphics Card has more or less the same with, but the minimal is the standard PCIe with is minimal, you won't find smaller than that. However, every "slim" case mounts theese cards sideways, and they usually provide an extension cord for it. Please see your desired case's specifications on what Graphics card size cam you fit there, and then we can help you choose one.

Unfortunately, the one I bought mounts the card horizontally. But its wide enough to fit in  gt730, gtx750ti, gtx1050ti. Which among them should I buy?

Send a link to the case, or take a picture please

Here is the photo as I use it. Me and my neighbour were doing a budget slim build challenge. I put in everything except a high performance graphics card. Still on the integrated GPU.

Well, this is kinda unfortunate. The only cards that I know of that it will fit here are special nVidia Quadro cards. Like THIS

Also, Gigabyte launched a small one, but unfortunately its mounting stuff is too bog for you: LINK

If you are familiar with tools, I recommend modding the case, so you can mount a card verticaly instead of horizontaly (fan facing towards you, cards back to case's back). With this, you could mount any GPU.

Good luck, I hope it helped.

The gigybyte one isn't available in my country on amazon, but I found an MSI one that will fit right into my case. Its specs are in the photo(s). Should I buy it? All I'm looking for is to get 20+ average fps on crysis 3 @ultra settings cuz my opponent's score was 18.4 fps average.

My specs are:

8GB DDR3 RAm

Intel pentium E5400 overclocked to 4.1GHz

256 GB SSD 1TB HDD

GPU : Yet to buy...

His specs were:

4GB DDR3 Ram

Intel core i3 3.16GHz

MSI Ge Force GTX 750Ti Low profile

1 TB HDD
