Monitors not working correctly

Go to solution Solved by ProjectBox153,

It's probably something to do with the USB display adapters. I wouldn't trust those for more than basic work.

Hi everyone, I'm posting this on behalf of my dad. He has three monitors connected to his PC, one plugged directly into his VGA port and the other two connected via USB using J5 create's. Recently however he has come across a few issues with his monitors, the main monitor which is directly plugged into his VGA port will either flicker or not work at all, and then his entire desktop will be cloned onto his second and third monitor.

My dad thinks the problem could the problem could be his something to do with his Windows OS, however I believe it could be something wrong with the J5 create's themselves. We are both baffled by what is causing the issue, and we tried everything from updating his OS to changing his display adapter settings. Please any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey buddy, I kinda thought it had to be the J5 create's so I asked my dad to download the latest drivers off their website. I think the real issue however was that he used another 'generic' USB display adapter that was causing interference so he unplugged that and not it runs perfectly fine again.
