I got a new monitor today, whenever I have two of them plugged in they flash black and then on over and over again, it's not a problem with the monitors since they work independently, i'm wondering if anyone knows what could be causing this issue, oh and task manager doesn't flicker so it's probably an app...

pretty please

Go into Nvidia or AMD's control center and check if your monitors are set at their actual Hz.
