2 monitors

So usually i have a game on my main monitor, and i have a stream on my 2nd, and on the second monitor my stream stutters, laggs untill i click on it, or aka select it or something, i dont know what is going on, my cpu usage is not like 100% or something, ram usage is 4gb out of 8gb  any idea why this is happening ?

Oh i actually is at 94% i only have like gyazo captures on 2nd monitor and stream on my 1st, i have r9 380 and ur telling me that my gpu is that shit that i cant do both at once  thats like wuuut

Im not telling that your GPU is shit I was just trying to suggest maybe it was the problem
