Home Security Solution

I'm looking for recommendations on a home security solutions.
Everything that I find that is recommended requires some sort of monthly or yearly subscription.
However, I just want to be able to feed video into my own home solution with the responsibility on me to call the authorities.
Just having an audible alarm would make me feel 100% more safe.
I'm wanting a setup that may include:

Audible alarm
Outdoor and/or indoor camera
Door/Window opening sensors

Room motion sensor

App/Keypad controller

Not perfect, but if you want something more in depth you should do a lot of research into it. I have a friend who rigged a security system up himself through his network, and wired it into an hold fog horn or something? It's loud. That I know.

Do you want a feed to your cell phone?

It would be great if I could use an application to manage the system or stream the camera.
It isn't necessary if it saves on price.

Well there would be something that would stream it via internet or cell towers. Just a matter of you want it 100% all the time or only if the alarm goes off.

If there is something you can recommend to supplement either of these situations, please do.
