Ryzen max safe voltage

So I'm running at 4ghz at 1.41 to 1.439v(it flickers between the too)

 

temps too out at 63 degrees ( one time it jumped to 68 for a split second) 

 

is this safe for a 24/7 oc

i say 247 but it's only on 10 hours a day

 

iv head a lot of mixed things on the internet that it's ok up to 1.55 for 24/7 

others say 1.35 max 

AMD (and proud) r7 1700 4ghz- 

also (1600) 

asus rog crosshairs vi hero x370-

MSI 980ti G6 1506mhz slix2 -

h110 pull - acer xb270hu 1440p -

 corsair 750D - corsair 16gb 2933
