Fan and graphics card

As of right now I have about a 1500$ build in mind with a 500$ graphics card a a crappy little fan I need some advice on changes I should make

Well, what's the rest of the build..?

Don't buy a 212 EVO though.

Be Quiet! Pure Rock(Slim), Cryorig M9i, Raijintek Aidos are all better options than a 212 EVO for a slightly lower price. Cryorig H7 is better than all of those for a bit more.
