Ultra portable audio pc help

I'm looking to build an ultra portable audio production pc

 

Current specs I'm looking at:

I7 7700k

MSI h270i motherboard

32GB 2400mhz ram

M. 2 ssd

1Tb SATA 2.5"

Antec 110 isk case (vesa mount is a must)

29" ultra wide monitor

 

I can't however figure out 2 things:

If the 90w psu thats included in the case will be enough (how much will be enough?)

What cpu cooler fan I should get, as I don't want the cpu to fry in the passively cooled case.

I'm not looking to overstock and I do not need a dedicated gpu.

 

I'm based in South Africa.

 

Any help will be appreciated!

I say 200W is minimum and thats cutting it close
