Server Motherboard / CPU / Cooling

Hello! I want to build my own NAS and I have 2 xeon 5460 but I need a motherboard (LGA 771 socket) and cooling for that. Any recommendations?

and id just get new cpu's those are old, hot, slow and missing features. you will save money getting a lga 1366 server in power usage.

not bad pricing for the hardware, and with power going from about 220w on the old 771 to ~120w on the 1366 your saying a lot in power

Well im on a budget and that ddr3 ram is expensive on the 1366 but the motherboards ar cheaper and cpus are 6 core insted of 4 (budget 2000 swedish crowns ~ 200usd) Btw is "RockStor" a good NAS OS or is "FreeNas" better?
