Ethernet cables shield themselves from interference by being more tightly twisted together and/or having a thicker core. Shielding is only important for long distance and doesn't directly improve speed.

oke but will it improve stability or something? i use a 15m/50 ft cable.

is there a way to test it?

I personally would never do that, it only makes it harder to manage them and it could even interfere with the connection. If you really want something better, go for Cat6a.
