Need help looking for new laptops

hello, im new in the laptop market so im trying to find the best value for my budget.

 

i need office/browsing/college laptop that is light to carry around, good battery life, good speed and good quality and feel to it, the budget for this one is around 300 USD could go up to 400 USD if the difference is worth it
