GTX 1060 Poor performance

I have a GTX 1060, AMD FX 8350, 16gb ddr3 ram and i'm getting really bad performance. On CSGO I literally get like 100-150 fps, I should be getting like 200-300, on player unknown battlegrounds I get like 20-30 at all times, lowest settings. I used to have A GTX 960, I uninstalled geforce experience and re installed it, not sure if that'll do it for me, like if there was more i was suppose to do before i upgraded. let me know. Any Ideas?

Use Display Driver Uninstaller and also for cs its cause the 8350 is slow, I have mines at 4.5 and get 150-200 fps

Alright, so when I do that how do I get updated display drivers?

You use display driver uninstaller then download new drivers froms Nvidia site

CS:GO is mainly CPU dependent to run, i have 6700 + 1060 6GB and i run it at 250-300.

What about PUBG? I've seen people with the SAME exact specs as me running around 60-70 on med-high settings.

Haven't gotten that game just yet so can't test it out :(.
