6800k Overclocking Help

Currently i have a 4.3ghz OC on my 6800k. This is just a wild number i decided to enter in from what ive seen from other people. Can someone Explain to me what Vcore is and What VID is?

In addition, i am running 30 minutes of AIDA 64 each time before reducing VCORE by .02V is this a good idea? 

LLC is set to Level 2. 

Also, should I try to push my CPU farther? Ive gotten it up to 4.4ghz at 1.39V but it crashed at the 2 hour mark on my final AIDA 64 run.
