quad m2 2.5"? RAID?

I'm trying to make the smallest and largest capacity storage for downloading video footage in remote locations. I have an AKiTiO Thunder 3 quad mini (TB3 Quad 2.5" enclosure)

 

Are there quad m2 adapters that fit in a single 2.5" drive slot?

 

Can you RAID m2 drives?

If you're talking about Nvme, then I believe you can only plug them into the motherboard and if it supports 2 of them, you can raid them. But I don't believe you can daisy chain them together because they're connected to a CPU via PCI lanes and it's not how it works. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.
