Ok so I just got my new ryzen 5 1600

and an rx 480

and im only getting 25-35 fps 

what could it be?

turn off vsync

lower shadows could help

 

check gpu usage while gaming

Run the game with your AMD gpu, also - you might have your display cable plugged into the MB, which would be wrong. Have it plugged into the GPU.
